These innovative ideas stem from the third-generation owner, Li Wei, who returned to farming. His continuous efforts, blending innovation with practicality, earned him the runner-up award in a national tea-making competition. The owner's aspiration is for each batch of tea to possess a unique floral aroma. He aims to reshape the perception of young people towards tea by employing innovative tea-making techniques that fuse pomelo blossoms with Dongshan tea. This creates a refreshing oolong tea that lacks bitterness, infused with the delicate scents of pomelo flowers, chrysanthemums, and gardenias. Strolling through the tea garden rows, listening to birdsong, and watching Crested Serpent Eagles soar overhead, one can appreciate the diligent work of the tea farmers tilling the soil and planting new saplings. It's clear that such a pure and natural environment is what cultivates such superior tea varieties. The tea garden also holds traceability verification, organic certification, and is a three-star certified tea processing facility recognized by the Council of Agriculture. The teas produced under these regulated systems are guaranteed to be safe for consumption.
