How the Membership Levels are Determined
How do I figure out my membership level?

Your membership level is determined based on your annual settlement date and the total spending and number of valid purchases that you’ve accumulated in the one year after the settlement date. The annual settlement date for each member will differ as follows:
If you joined Pinkoi on or before May 31, 2020
Your annual settlement date is June 1. Your membership level is determined based on your total spending and number of purchases made during the period from June 1 to May 31 of the following year.
If you joined Pinkoi on or after June 1, 2020
Your annual settlement date is the date you registered for your Pinkoi membership. For example, if you joined Pinkoi on June 19, your spending and number of purchases will be totaled for the one year period from June 19 to June 18 the following year.
If you have been a member for less than one year, your membership level will be determined based on your current total spending and number of valid purchases.
Pinkoi memberships are settled annually and automatically renewed.
If you joined Pinkoi on or before May 31, 2020
Your annual settlement date is June 1. Your membership level is determined based on your total spending and number of purchases made during the period from June 1 to May 31 of the following year.
If you joined Pinkoi on or after June 1, 2020
Your annual settlement date is the date you registered for your Pinkoi membership. For example, if you joined Pinkoi on June 19, your spending and number of purchases will be totaled for the one year period from June 19 to June 18 the following year.
If you have been a member for less than one year, your membership level will be determined based on your current total spending and number of valid purchases.
Pinkoi memberships are settled annually and automatically renewed.
I know my membership level now. Is it possible to upgrade it?
As long as your total spending and number of purchases meet the membership upgrade conditions during the one year period starting from your settlement date, your membership level will be automatically upgraded. Upgrades will be processed automatically 7 days after conditions have been met.
Once your membership level is upgraded, you’ll immediately be able to enjoy the exclusive privileges for your new membership level. You’ll also receive a special bonus for your first upgrade!

What about next year? Or the year after? How will my membership level be calculated in the future?
Your starting membership level for each year will be determined by your total spending and number of purchases made during the one year period after your settlement date from the previous year.
Once your total spending and number of purchases meet the membership upgrade conditions during the one year period starting from after your settlement date, your membership level will be upgraded and you’ll be able to enjoy more benefits.
Note: Your total spending and number of purchases made are only valid for a one year period starting from your settlement date. They will be automatically reset to zero on your settlement date each year, and you will have to begin accumulating these totals anew the next day.
Once your total spending and number of purchases meet the membership upgrade conditions during the one year period starting from after your settlement date, your membership level will be upgraded and you’ll be able to enjoy more benefits.

Diamond Member

Silver Member
Total spending of US$ 70.00.
Navy Member
Joined Pinkoi but total spending has not yet reached US$ 70.00.

How do I check what my membership level is and what rewards I'm able to enjoy?
You can check the amount of spending and purchases you’ve accumulated and your current membership level on your personal membership page.
Will there be a time limit on my membership level?
Yes. Your Pinkoi membership level will be valid for 12 months starting from your annual settlement date until the next annual settlement date the year after. Your new membership level for the year will then be calculated based on your accumulated spending and number of purchases made during the past year.
Will my accumulated spending and number of purchases be reset to zero? Will I have to start again?
Yes. Your accumulated spending and number of purchases will be reset to zero on your annual settlement date each year. They will not roll over into the next period.
For example: If you registered for Pinkoi membership on June 17, 2020, your spending and number of purchases will be totaled for the period from June 17, 2020 to June 16, 2021. After the annual settlement date, these accumulated totals from the previous year will be reset to zero and you must begin the accumulation process anew.
Note: The annual settlement date for members that joined on or before May 31, 2020, is June 1. For members that joined on or after June 1, 2020, their annual settlement date will be the same as their member registration date.
For example: If you registered for Pinkoi membership on June 17, 2020, your spending and number of purchases will be totaled for the period from June 17, 2020 to June 16, 2021. How are P Coins earned and used?
You can earn 1 P Coin for every US$ 0.20 that you spend. Every 500 P Coins that you earn can be used for a discount of US$ 1.00.
How do I use my P Coins to redeem rewards?
Pinkoi members can browse and redeem rewards via the “Redeem Reward with P Coins” section of the site.
Do P Coins expire?
P Coins will expire on the last day of the month 6 months after they are acquired. They cannot be used once they expire.
