/hot drinks/
Put a tea bag in a warm cup of boiling water (1-2 tea bags can be used according to personal preference)
Pour in 90-degree boiling water, soak about 300cc for 3 to 5 minutes, or increase or decrease the soaking time according to your preference. Take out the tea bag and drink.
/Cold Brew/ Use a 600cc bottle with room temperature water, put 1~2 tea bags in it, and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours and then drink. (Or put it in the refrigerator before going to bed at night and use it in the morning).
