Lishan High Mountain Tea

Lishan tea is mainly produced in the Lishan tea area of Taichung County. The temperature is cold and it snows in winter. The long growing period creates the characteristics of thick tea leaves, sweet and smooth taste, especially strong cold mineral taste, and fruity taste. The unique color, aroma, taste, and sweetness are selected from the high and cold tea leaves produced in the Lishan tea area at an altitude of 1600~2300 meters. The tea area is surrounded by clouds and mist all year round, with a large temperature difference between day and night, low temperature, and rich organic matter in the soil. The appearance is tight and thick, and the aroma is high. The tea leaves are emerald green and tender, the water color is dense green and yellow, the throat is refreshing and sweet, resistant to brewing, and the taste is sweet. The water quality is soft, and the higher the grade, the more obvious the characteristics.

Tea brewing
/Hot Drinks/
Put a tea bag in a cup of boiling water (you can use 1-2 tea bags depending on your preference)
Pour in 90-degree boiling water, about 300cc, and soak for 3 to 5 minutes, or increase or decrease the soaking time according to your preferred strength. After taking out the tea bag, you can drink it.
/Cold Brewing/ Put 1~2 tea bags in a 600cc PET bottle with room temperature water and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours and then drink. (Or put it in the refrigerator before going to bed at night and it will be ready for use in the morning).
