Jin Xuan is also known as Taiwan Tea No. 12, a type of tea first cultivated by the Taiwan Tea Research and Extension Station in 1981. Its special milky aroma and golden tea soup are perfectly integrated through our tea expertise.
『Suggested brewing 』
Hot brewing | put 8g of tea per 200 c.c. hot water at 90℃, brew 1 minute & ready to serve. Same amount of tea can infuse 3-5 times.
Cold brewing | put 3g of tea into 600 c.c. of room temperature water, and store it into the refrigerator to chill for 6~8 hours.
Brewing time can be adjusted according to preference. Users are recommended to brew the tea not too long to achieve suitable for aroma and flavor!
