Custom logos, info cards, stickers, postcards, and more. For bespoke custom design and production, please message us first. We welcome you to provide styles you admire for your custom prints (references to other designers' work are welcome). Please send us examples of design styles you like. [Important Notes] ‧ For printed products (e.g., wedding scripts, invitations, thank you cards, pastry cards, stickers), printed paper goods will be shipped; electronic files will not be provided. ‧ Different paper types will yield different visual results for print. Please inquire beforehand if you have specific paper preferences. ‧ Drawing time is typically around 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times will be communicated in advance (adjusted based on current order queue and drawing complexity). ‧ A draft with a watermarked line sketch will be provided. Minor adjustments are free of charge within 7 business days of the draft submission. ‧ Drawings are based on reference photos (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). If you have specific requests for alterations, please inquire before purchasing if they are feasible. ‧ Once production begins, any modifications to the original reference photo, complex changes, or post-coloring edits (e.g., changing hairstyle or facial features, swapping reference photos, changing outfits, altering poses, drawing body parts not visible in the photo) will incur an additional fee. ‧ If you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos after production has started, this will be considered a new commission and will require a separate purchase. ‧ Once printing commences, no further modifications can be made. ‧ As these are custom-made designs, returns and exchanges are not possible, nor is cash on delivery. ‧ Finished products may be publicly displayed. If you wish for your product not to be displayed, please inform us before purchasing. ‧ Finished products will include a small signature from the designer. Copyright belongs to designer Bear Star Studio. ‧ These portraits are not for commercial use. For commercial inquiries, please contact the designer for a separate quote. ‧ If you intend to print, please notify us before placing your order for a separate quote. ‧ We do not draw copyrighted illustrations (e.g., Marvel, Disney). ‧ Portraits will be drawn based on the provided reference photos. If you wish to modify angles, clothing, style, add or remove people/items, or draw missing parts, additional fees may apply depending on the situation. ‧ If no contact is made within 30 days of order placement and payment, the order will be automatically closed. ◎ Notes for Printing Commissions ‧ Once production confirmation, changes to the production content are not possible. ‧ All printing is done using offset printing; we do not accept requests for color proof matching or sample matching. Color variations within 15% are acceptable. If you place an order, you agree to this, and we cannot offer returns or reprints based on color differences. If a separate print run is required, a new order will be created. ‧ Offset printing exclusively uses four-color printing (CMYK). Images for printing must be provided in CMYK format. If special colors like Pantone or RGB are used, please convert them to CMYK yourself, or we can assist with the conversion. Please note that color discrepancies may occur during conversion, and we cannot accept requests for returns or reprints based on this. ‧ To avoid unintended cropping, please ensure important text and graphics are not too close to the edges. ‧ Due to slight variations in the cutting process, perfect centering cannot be guaranteed, and designs may appear slightly off-center. This is considered a normal outcome and does not qualify for reprints or returns. Please agree to this before purchasing.
