Cascara is the husk or skin of coffee beans. It serves to wrap and create flavor for the coffee beans inside. When dried, it becomes Cascara tea. And when brewed, it has a slightly sweet taste. The smell and aftertaste are similar to drinking tea. We have chosen Cascara from small farmers that we have recruited to support coffee beans and is also another way to increase production for farmers and promote the valuable use of resources.
