NNOVATION IN PRODUCING TEA POWDER
01
Traditionally, mills are made of iron or stone, which falls from the mill easily
and can enter our bodies with tea. Our mills are of strong alloy that will not fall off.
02
We do not use the traditional way to produce tea powder, which reduces the quality of tea power by overheating it.
Instead, we mill it repeatedly at low temperature, making it less likely to lose scents and nutrients due to overheating.
03
We grind tea powder as finely as Matcha (400~500 mesh). The fine powder will not sink
instantly as water pours in, which indicates the fine quality of our tea powder.
04
Tea powder usually does not dissolve in water;
it is natural to see tea sediment at the bottom a while after the tea is stirred.
