1. Course Information
1. The course lasts about 1.5 hours. Please arrive on time. The course will start on time at the scheduled time.
2. To maintain the quality of the course, we do not accept students joining or auditing during the course. Please do not bring unregistered students with you.
3. The course includes materials (diffuser Stone base + natural essential oil fragrance + packaging items), and each person will make a finished product.
4. You will receive a confirmation notice after successful registration. Please complete the remittance/payment within the specified period to reserve your place.
2. Course Fees and Discounts
1. Course fees vary slightly depending on the session and location. Please see the registration page for details.
2. The Double Price, Student Discount and LINE Friend Discount cannot be used together. Only one discount plan will be applicable.
3. If the special event discount includes gifts, they will be distributed on site in the class and will not be sent or reserved separately.
3. Cancellation and Postponement Policy
1. If you need to cancel after registration, please notify us five days before the course to reserve your place for the next course (within three months).
2. No refund will be given and no make-up classes will be offered for cancellations or no-shows within the first three days.
3. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, sudden venue changes, etc., the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event and will proactively notify the students to coordinate an extension.
4. Other reminders
1. Simple aprons will be provided in the class, but it is recommended to wear clothes that are not afraid of being stained by essential oils.
2. You are welcome to take photos on site. Please inform us in advance if you do not agree to be photographed.
3. If you are allergic to the smell of essential oils or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform the instructor so that adjustments can be made.
4. If participating in the parent-child session, children are recommended to be over 6 years old and accompanied by their parents.
