[A rich taste with a distinctive dark green color that gives you just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness at the same time]
It is made using a production method unique to the region called ``Kawashitacha''.
By shielding it from direct sunlight, it becomes a deep, vivid green color, and it also has a unique scent called ``Kaikaka.''
At CHABAKKA TEA PARKS, we offer high-quality matcha that would normally be used for matcha, in the form of luxurious matcha lattes and green tea.
Matcha has a good taste, aroma, color, strong sweetness, and is rich and easy to drink.
I think you can use it as an ingredient in sweets such as cookies and cakes!

Kyoto Ujicha Kokatsu Seichajo handles Ujicha tea leaves.
The first generation Matazaemon started farming in the Yamashiro area of Kyoto.
This area is blessed with plenty of sunlight, rich soil, and just the right amount of moisture from a clear stream, making it possible to grow tea leaves with a fragrant flavor. Tea farming began here.
Matasaburo began to devote his efforts to tea farmers in earnest and began to expand the tea plantation.
The tea garden has continued from generation to generation since Matazaemon, and we have been cultivating the tea garden with great care.
We have received Eco Farmer certification, a system set by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to certify producers who promote highly sustainable agricultural production methods, and have introduced environmentally friendly production methods.
We ensure safety and quality using our own farming standards.
We have established a tea garden in Yamashiro, Kyoto, which has been in operation for five generations, and where the water and air are delicious, we will continue to inherit the tradition of Kyoto's Uji tea.
Production area: Uji, Kyoto
Farm: Katsuya Furukawa, Kokatsu Tea Farm
