Do choose good quality, heavyweight art paper for best results. Go for canvas if you’re feeling fancy! : ) I process all my files on an M1 Mac, with Adobe softwares. Mac monitors are known to produce quite accurate colours. If there is a dramatic shift in the tones, between the computer and the home printer, a colour calibration may help. For home printing, do note that different photo papers will produce different tones, as there are many brands and third party supplies out there. They will print darker and richer colours too. Different types and brands of home printers will also produce differing results. Do experiment with some test prints. It’s also inevitable that different computers, printers, and papers will present differing tones to the viewer. Do check with the printer if they are able to give you a test print of a sample swatch at 100%. ‼️ *** IMPORTANT *** Printing at a size larger than original files provided may result in a drop in quality.
