Notes
・After the order is placed and the payment is completed, the purchase details will be the proof of registration completion. No paper purchase certificate or additional electronic ticket will be sent.
・If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system.
. You can reschedule or receive a refund minus a 20% handling fee 1 day (inclusive) before the class date. Rescheduling is limited to one time.
. For the course on that day, since the handmade teacher materials and venue location have been prepared, no refunds or extensions will be accepted on the day of class, and those who do not show up will be deemed to have given up.
. Rescheduling can only be done once and please contact us actively, otherwise it will be deemed as a waiver. The time limit for rescheduling is limited to the course start time 3 months after the registration date. If it is not possible, please choose a refund and deduct 20% of the extension fee.
. If the epidemic command center explicitly suspends classes, we will be the first to assist in class transfer or provide a full refund.
・Only those aged 10 or above can register for this event.
・Only ticket purchasers are allowed to participate. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany or participate together, unless parents and children are participating together. This is no longer the case.
・Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order for the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late.
・Drinks and food are not allowed in the handicraft classroom at the event site. This course includes self-service black tea or green tea.
・Participants should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor.
・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will contact you for an extension or refund.
・The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities based on needs and upload them to the After get off work community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions.
・If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
