Preservation method: Store at room temperature. Pure natural honey contains a lot of natural glucose. When the temperature is low in winter (14 to 16 degrees Celsius), glucose is easily precipitated to produce crystals. This is a normal phenomenon, so please feel relieved to eat. In case of crystallization, the upper layer of liquid honey can be poured out for consumption, leaving the crystalline honey to be taken out and spread for bread.
