We cannot create designs based on copyrighted characters, cartoon figures, or other existing product designs. . You may submit your own original drawings for assessment of customizability. "Custom Text Addition" . Limited to 7 characters (including 7 characters). . Due to the nature of hand-punched wool felt, complex Chinese characters with too many strokes or intricate fonts cannot be created (please email us for assessment of Chinese characters). We recommend using English abbreviations or names instead. . For additional characters beyond the standard, each character will incur an extra charge of 30 NTD. A dedicated listing will be created for your order confirmation. . Font styles are standardized and cannot be changed. Size and placement may not be identical to the photo. . To prevent deformation or shrinkage of wool felt designs or text, hand wash instead of using a washing machine. . Do not scrub with a brush. Air dry naturally after washing. . Do not tumble dry to avoid shrinkage. . Wool felt is a natural material. Minor pilling from friction during extended use is normal. This can be trimmed with scissors or smoothed with a low-temperature iron. . Clean any stains on wool felt designs or text promptly. . Avoid washing with hot water, harsh scrubbing, or detergents.
