💎 Workshop Duration: Approximately 3 hours (depending on individual progress)
• The crafting time is '3 hours'. Silver clay is delicate during the process. If the pendant accidentally breaks, and no other students are scheduled immediately after, you may restart from the beginning. Additional time and material fees will apply (material fee $450, overtime fee 1hr/$250).
If another student is scheduled, the studio will complete the piece for you for a fee of $250.
• The crafting material is 999 pure silver clay, which is softer than the commonly found 925 silver and may easily show superficial scratches; this is normal.
Handmade polishing will not achieve the perfectly smooth, mirror-like finish of machine production. Please be aware if you are a perfectionist.
• As the workshop uses a torch, for safety reasons, only participants aged 16 and above are accepted.
• This product is handmade, and the shape will vary depending on the creator. Silver clay, composed of 99.9% silver, is soft and can deform with high heat.
• The color of some gemstones may vary slightly after firing, which is a normal phenomenon.
• To maintain teaching quality, each session is capped at 4 participants. Each person works individually; 'no companions, children, or observers are allowed.'
• This is a basic workshop. If you wish to create a special design, please consult with us in advance when booking. We will assess its feasibility to avoid situations where complex designs may not be completed within the allocated time on the day.
• 999 pure silver differs from 925 silver; the finished product has no 'ductility' and will break if dropped or bent.

Once payment is completed, if you are unable to attend, you may request a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee of the activity price will be charged. As venue and materials need to be prepared ten days prior to the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted from one day before the event up to ten days prior.
* Cancellations notified ten days prior to the workshop (excluding the start date) will receive a full refund after deducting the service fee.
* Cancellations made within ten days prior to the workshop are not accepted. You may transfer your spot or reschedule once; please inform us and provide the name and contact information of the substitute participant.
* If you choose to terminate your participation during the workshop for reasons not attributable to the organizer (e.g., deciding not to continue midway, feeling unwell), no refund will be issued.
* Rescheduled workshops are not eligible for cancellation.
* Rescheduling is not accepted 3 days prior to and on the day of the workshop. Changing the date on the day will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and no refund will be provided.
📌 We will reschedule your session in the following situations:
⚠️ In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), based on the Tainan City Government's announcement of class suspensions four hours before the scheduled time. If your area is affected, please notify us in advance.
⚠️ Other force majeure events (e.g., power outages / equipment malfunction) that prevent the workshop from proceeding.
⚠️ Important Notes
1. Due to high demand, please inquire about availability before placing your order.
2. The workshop schedule is based on the times listed. If adjustments are needed, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
3. Overtime will incur a fee of $250/hour, with any portion of an hour counted as a full hour.
4. For participants arriving late due to personal reasons, if the work cannot be completed within the scheduled time, extra time will not be provided, and overtime fees will apply.
5. To avoid delaying the teaching progress and affecting other participants' rights, please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance.
6. During the workshop, we may take photos and videos of participants' crafting process and finished works for sharing on social media, our official website, or other media platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
