Handmade round shape sinamay base in black covered in emerald green twisted silky cord.
The base of the piece is 11cm diameter and the piece overall is approximately 16cm diameter. The peacock's tail adds approximately 13cm. Secures to the hair with an elastic. Please let me know what colour you would like: off white, brown or black.
