Behind the walls of thorn and past the fields of thistle, there was a castle where the lonely girl lived.

Each day she would awake trying to capture her dreams so she could put them into the hats that she made. Hats were in demand in the castle, there were celebrations for so many things and each celebration needed its own original hat. She had dreams of blooming spring flowers, green singing crickets, and a red fox sleeping in autumn sun. She dreamt of things she had seen, and those that she had heard of. Things of the past and things yet to come...

At Elle Santos we are continuing the ritual of moulding dream into original pieces for celebrations and memorable occasions. Helping you achieve the one off looks only found by chasing dreams of fairy tale girls.

Born out of a constant need to create, Elle Santos Design aims to create the original pieces to make a special occasion memorable. Natural themes and childlike dreams are on display in each creation. Creative impulse learnt as a florist, and natural forms displayed by the plants to her as a horticulturalist, have given our creative head Elle Santos a keen eye for bright colours and unusual textures. Her quest for the dreamlike in the real world has given her search for creative fabrics and unusual props, the love of a child in a sweet shop.

We, at Elle Santos Design, aim to accessorise every celebration with bold, statement pieces.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Refund process

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 1 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 4 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 2 working days.

This shop provides exchanges

Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.

Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 4 working days.

Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 2 working days.
