・Those who are unable to participate due to personal factors after registering for the wilderness survival course:
. If submitted 30 days before the start of the event, 90% will be refunded
. 80% will be refunded if the proposal is submitted 21-30 days before the start of the activity
. 70% will be refunded if the proposal is submitted 2 to 20 days before the start of the activity
. 50% will be refunded if the proposal is submitted 1 day before the event start date
. Those who propose on the day of the activity will not be refunded
・In case of natural disasters (such as earthquakes, typhoons), road interruptions, or other emergencies before the course, which affect the safety of the trip, the company has the right to decide to cancel or postpone. However, if the participant decides to cancel before departure, the company has no obligation to refund and does not agree to postpone.
