* All items are handcrafted. After order confirmation and payment, production and shipping typically take 10-14 business days (excluding specially customized orders). If you have an urgent need, please contact us to inquire about possibilities.
* In the event of delays due to natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors, we will issue a shipping delay notification. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipments are handled by courier and convenience store logistics providers. Actual delivery times are subject to the driver's route and conditions, and specific delivery or arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
* All items include a manually issued invoice. If a unified invoice number (統編) is required, please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products are provided with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Customized items, gemstone loss, and apparent human-induced damage are not covered under warranty. Repairs for such issues will incur a fee based on the circumstances.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued; please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or for products not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the customer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning, repair of breakage, gemstone reattachment) require the accompanying product warranty card. Service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to request after-sales service.

* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipment. If you receive a defective item, please maintain its completeness and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Product photos may exhibit color variations due to different browsing devices and settings. The actual color of the received item should be considered the standard.
# Dimensions: Measurements may vary slightly due to different methods; an error margin of 0.5-1cm is considered normal.
# Solder Points: While crafted with precision by artisans, handmade items may exhibit minor solder points, such as at the junction of earring posts and ornaments, or necklace connectors. Slight unevenness from soldering is normal.
# Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural. Each stone possesses unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, and cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal phenomena.
# Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique. Each possesses its own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent characteristics, they will not be identical.
| Return Policy |
* All products (excluding customized items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the item is signed for up to the 7th day. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for an extended time before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The item is not returned in its original packaging or shipping box.
# Missing or damaged accessories and invoices, including paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, gift boxes, paper bags, cardboard boxes, and earring backs, etc., that arrived with the product.
# Non-standard trial use, where the product shows clear signs of prolonged wear and soiling.
# The product has undergone alterations such as engraving or modification of size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts are not returned.
# The product is damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered customized products and are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, customized products made according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order total falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If additional items need to be returned within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please thoroughly inspect your order before initiating a return.
* If a return results in the order no longer qualifying for a promotional offer, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you make more than 3 returns without specific reasons within one year, HYGGE ADORN will classify you as a blacklist customer for six months.
