1. After placing your order, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section upon ordering.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. Due to material preparation, please book at least 3 days in advance after completing your order and payment.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide an official receipt. If you require an invoice with a company name and tax ID, please provide these details in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged.
