Even though for warriors red camellia is a symbolic of honourable death there’s a dark tale about the nature of camellias, that the fall of flowers when wither sound like the head, which fall on the ground when being severed as the whole flower will plunge from the stem when about to perish... Those rats are the warning sign of an upcoming disaster. Wether they can predict the future or not, the incident seems to be the bad omen for them at lease.
