What did it look like originally, with its petals? No one knows. For its delicate and petite shape, resembling a small bell hanging on a porch, it earned the nickname "little wind chime." Therefore, each piece is unique. - For particularly rare plants, there might be __only one piece__. (It's all about fate!) - For pieces made from more common plants, there is a __higher chance of reordering__. Even so, the posture of each plant is different, so the resulting pieces cannot be exactly identical. We do not offer selection upon ordering; we will do our best to match the most suitable pair for shipping. - To preserve the natural posture of the plants, we deliberately avoid excessive polishing on these pieces. This allows us to retain the natural fibers and surface texture of the plants. Slight color variations on the surface are intended to create an antique, aged effect. We only keep a small amount of inventory for sale. After your order is successfully placed and paid for, if the item is in stock, it will generally be shipped within three days. If it is not in stock and is a custom order, it will take approximately 7-14 business days from the start of production to shipping. The plant materials themselves have natural textures on their surfaces. During the casting process into metal, some small pores may appear on the surface, which is normal. All products are photographed in kind. Due to variations in shooting light, screen display, or individual perception, there may be color differences. All items are subject to the actual product. The aforementioned are not considered grounds for returns or exchanges. **▪ Packaging** At The Livable Studio, we aim to minimize environmental impact in our packaging. Therefore, we choose a simple packaging approach. Typically, all the items you order will be placed together in one paper box, and we will also reuse cushioning materials whenever possible. If you require separate packaging for gifts, please note this in your order. Thank you! **▪ Care Instructions** - The materials used in this product are brass, 925 sterling silver posts, and 18K gold plating. However, as the metal surface naturally has pores (much like our skin!), even after plating, which helps to maintain color for a longer period, it will gradually oxidize over time due to personal environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and wearing habits. Oxidized brass will have a deeper, more subdued color, possessing a vintage and understated elegance compared to new pieces. To slow down the oxidation process, you can store the jewelry in a resealable bag after wearing. - Before storing the jewelry in a resealable bag, you can wash it with mild soap and water (primarily to remove dirt, sweat, and fingerprints) and then gently pat it dry with tissue paper (avoid rubbing to prevent scratches on the metal surface) or use a hairdryer to ensure all moisture is removed before placing it in the bag. - As this product is plated, it is not suitable for cleaning with acidic detergents, toothpaste, or polishing cloths/polishing compounds for brass or silver. - When storing jewelry, it is best to keep pieces separate or individually place them in resealable bags to prevent collision and minimize scratches. **▪ Warranty Period** As everyone's body shape is unique, size differences may arise when purchasing jewelry. Therefore, The Livable Studio offers __one complimentary modification within one month__ (calculated from the shipping date by The Livable Studio). This includes adjusting ring sizes, chain lengths, or converting ear hooks to ear clips. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. P.S.
