"Chi Shui Xian" is lightly roasted over longan charcoal. A gentle sniff of the dry leaves reveals a sweet aroma with delicate floral notes. Its appearance is that of irregular, hand-rolled balls, soft and plump. As the tea steeps, it releases a fragrance of roasted grains, longan sweetness, and a subtle smoky char. The liquor brews to a maltose-like amber color. The taste is sweet and smooth upon entry, full-bodied, with floral notes dancing between your senses and a distinct sensation of fullness in the mouth. It leaves a refreshing sweetness, with a warm and lingering aftertaste that is truly memorable. Brewing Instructions: Hot Brewing Method 1. Place 4 grams of tea into a teapot (or cup); adjust the amount to your preference for strength. 2. Pour hot water at approximately 80°C into a 120cc teapot (or cup). 3.
