New Self-Guided Experience Activity Features:
1. Can be done solo for personal time, or gather friends for a group experience. Flexible scheduling.
2. With electronic assistance, you can set your own pace. Staff are available on-site for professional guidance.
3. Reserve your preferred experience time in the remarks section after placing your order. This activity is 1 hour long.
4. All creations can be completed on-site.
5. Large groups can book an instructor. Please consult customer service or follow NatureWorld for new product releases.

Important notes for activity registration. To ensure the quality of the activity and protect your rights, please read the following information carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. After completing your creation, please bring your own bag to carry it home. In consideration of environmental protection, we do not provide bags. If you require a paper bag, the on-site purchase cost is NT$10-15 per bag.
2. Weather Impact: In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the activity content.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the activity will incur a 20% fee for the loss of the activity slot. Cancellations on the day of the activity are non-refundable (if there are unavoidable circumstances with supporting documentation, rescheduling or a full refund may be accepted).
4. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled time on the day of the activity, please call us at (02) 2308-2005 to inquire about other available times on the same day. No refunds will be issued if you do not show up, as it will be considered as completing the activity.
5. Each participant is allowed a maximum of one accompanying guest. If the number of companions exceeds the number of participants, the organizer may charge a venue fee. Please be sure to note the number of accompanying guests in the order remarks for seating arrangements.
