You may also send them to us for periodic maintenance. ▍ After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty, covering only deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear posts or ear clips. The cost of repair for main materials and round-trip shipping will be borne by the buyer. If repair is needed, please contact us in advance to schedule a time for in-person service. Damage deemed to be caused by obvious human misuse or excessive force will not be covered by the warranty. ▍ Returns & Exchanges Except for shipping errors or obvious defects, earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Other items may be exchanged for a different size once, provided the desired size is in stock. If the desired size is not available, an exchange cannot be made, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Return or exchange requests must be made within the 7-day appreciation period upon receipt of the goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all contents intact.
