color of the clothing during photography may be affected by sunlight, lighting, etc., resulting in slight color differences between the images and the actual product. Please refer to the detail images and the actual product for the most accurate color representation. Garment dimensions are measured manually. Due to variations in production batches, there may be slight size discrepancies. An error within 2-3cm is considered normal and not a quality issue. **● Remarks** All products in our design studio are independently designed, from fabric and accessory selection to working with manufacturers. We prioritize natural and eco-friendly materials. All garments are inspected and packaged before shipment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your clothing. **● Shipping Time** If the item is in stock, we will ship within 2-4 days. As our garments are produced in small batches, there may be instances where the current batch is sold out and the next batch is still in production. In such cases, we will ship after the production is completed and passes our quality inspection. The waiting period for shipping can range from approximately 5-20 days. If you have any questions about shipping times after placing an order, please feel free to contact us for confirmation. **● Shipping** Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your product approximately 7-12 days after shipment, excluding peak international shipping periods when delivery times may be extended. All mailed products are first transported to the airport, then air-freighted to the destination. After customs clearance, they will be handed over to local transportation companies for home delivery. For customers in Taiwan, you can opt for "SF Express" for faster shipping (approximately 3-4 days), though the shipping fee will be higher. You will need to cover the additional shipping cost. If you wish to change to SF Express shipping after the initial airmail, please purchase the additional shipping fee link below. SF Express Additional Shipping Fee Link: https://www.pinkoi.com/product/EdNsZ4Xa ※ For shipments to outlying islands in Taiwan (Penghu, Matsu, Kinmen, Lienchiang, outer islands, Xiaolanyu), the shipping company will charge an additional high fee. Please contact us before placing an order if you are located on an outlying island. For Hong Kong, shipments default to SF Express. You can expect to receive your product within 2-3 days after shipment. **● Origin / Manufacturing Method** Mainland China × Crafted with Care
