【Precautions】
1. Firefly watching time is about 17:30-19:30. Activities will continue as usual on rainy days.
2. For safety reasons, please wear walking shoes (non-slip required), long trousers and light raincoats. Do not wear high heels, flip-flops or open-toed sandals.
3. The activity route of the firefly ecological experience will go through a relatively steep trail. Participants are requested to consider whether they are suitable for their own abilities.
4. In addition to watching the ecology of fireflies, this activity also educates the public on how to conserve fireflies, which are afraid of light. Therefore, photography and photographing are strictly prohibited during the activity.
5. In order to maintain the quality of the firefly watching activity, 12 people form a group for this activity, with a maximum of 20 people. If the group experience is not reached because the number of participants is not reached, the total fee will be refunded, thank you.

【Qualification review】
★On-site registration will check the ID card. If it is found that you are not in person or not single, you will be deemed to have abstained, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
【Cancellation & Refund Policy】
■ 90% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 7 days before the event date (excluding the event day).
■ 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 6 days to 4 days before the event day (excluding the event day).
■ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the event day to the day, and no refund will be made.
■ During the event, if the participation in the event is suspended due to reasons not held by the sponsor, the money will not be refunded.
■ If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
■ If the activity is suspended due to the organizer's reasons, the full amount will be refunded.
【Change date or event】
■ The date or other activities can be changed 4 days before the event day (excluding the event day). But the change is limited to one time.
■ If there is a price difference after changing the date or other activities, the overcharge will be refunded and the underpayment will be made up.
■ Cancellations are not accepted after date changes or other events.
■ Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the event to the day.
