Please provide clear photos. We will create the figurine based on your photos. Clients must proactively and clearly state any special requests (including expressions, poses, clothing, hairstyles; colors or details). Any aspects not explicitly stated will be matched by us without prior notice. New reference photos will not be accepted after order confirmation. 2. The finished figurine will be photographed and sent for your confirmation before finalization. Clients are welcome to request photos from different angles at this stage. 3. There is no strict limit on revisions; however, please understand that each modification will take at least one day. Therefore, the final completion date will depend on the number of revisions. 4. If the client's revision requests significantly differ from the original photos, an additional labor fee will be charged, calculated based on the complexity. 5. As personalized gifts require advance preparation, once an order is paid, cancellations or changes are not possible, and the amount paid will not be refunded. 6. Please choose your preferred delivery method, including in-person pickup/SF Express Cash on Delivery/Lorry delivery/registered airmail. 7. Floral arrangements are available for Hong Kong customers only and are only accepted for in-person pickup. Large items require lorry delivery.
