Colored with original West German imported dyes and finished with two layers of waterproof coating for fade resistance. The board is made from a single, unjoined piece of solid wood. Minor natural variations in color, shape, and wood knots may be present on the surface, which are not considered defects. 【 About the Flowers 】 90% of the materials are imported from Japan. Each piece is meticulously arranged by our floral artist, stem by stem. We strive to replicate the image as closely as possible, but as flowers are naturally grown, individual variations exist, and angles may be adjusted as needed. In case of stock shortages, similar floral materials will be used as replacements. (The main flower will be crafted according to the image, while accompanying flowers may be adjusted based on seasonality.) 【 About Shipping 】 Flowers are delicate and will be packaged with the utmost care for shipping. However, we cannot entirely prevent bumps during transit. We recommend opting for courier delivery to minimize the risk of damage. Minor shedding of flower petals or leaves, or slight imperfections, are considered normal. ● Table arrangements, vase arrangements, and flower baskets will be shipped with a complimentary display-ready transparent gift box. The base of the arrangement will be secured with double-sided fabric tape (removable without affecting the vase). Courier delivery is recommended. !!!
