"[My paintings] are inspired by the gentle power of nature, the magic of the natural world, herbal medicine, and a desire to protect our wildflower meadows," Katy says firmly. They are a way for me to create a dream world; in this alternative reality, color is more of an emotional expression than a literal representation. I love using color to bring joy."
