3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order confirmation; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
