After Taiwan faced food safety crises involving fake and toxic honey, and as climate change and environmental pollution continue to threaten bee populations, Chi-Wen chose a different path. He once shared, in his honest and humble way, that he initially took over the family beekeeping business simply because he didn’t want his grandfather’s skills to disappear. He left his job and committed himself fully. Over more than a decade working closely with nature, he has deeply realized both the smallness of humanity and the importance of environmental protection.
