As most fabrics are dyed/printed cotton, fading may occur when exposed to water or strong light. 2. For products with bells, please remove the bell before washing to prevent rust. 3. Please wash with clean water. 4. Hand wash or machine wash in a laundry bag. 5. Remember to air dry afterwards! (* ́∀`)~♥ 4. About Exchanges/Returns If you need to exchange or return an item due to incorrect sizing, please meet the following conditions: ▪ Must not have signs of use, damage, dirt, odor, moisture, or have been washed. ▪ Complete product, accessories, attachments, gifts, and internal/external packaging. Please take photos and email us within 7 days, and our elves will assist you with exchanges or returns. We kindly ask pet parents to consider carefully before ordering. The following items are eligible for replacement: ▪ Bell damaged during shipping ▪ Loose stitching due to insufficient reinforcement ▪ Buckle difficult to open/close / detached If you encounter any of the above issues, please take photos and send them to us via internal message. After our assessment, we will arrange for a replacement. If the buckle is damaged due to pet chewing, it can also be sent back for replacement, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
