✔ To ensure the rights of registered participants, accompanying guests are not permitted to observe the class.
(For children aged 10 and under, one adult must accompany them to assist in completing the work.)
✔ If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, please contact us.
✔ Outside food and beverages are not permitted. (We offer delicious drinks and desserts for separate purchase.)
✔ Please remember to bring your reading glasses if you wear them.
✔ Rescheduling is permitted only once, up to 4 days before the scheduled date (excluding the date itself), and refunds will not be provided.
✔ If you are a no-show on the day of the workshop, we will contact you via private message. Please respond within 3 days (excluding the date itself) to reschedule. If there is no response or a cancellation is requested, no refund will be issued.
✔ If you fail to appear for a rescheduled session, no further contact will be made, and your right to attend will be forfeited.
