Kindly send a photo of your key for confirmation before placing your order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Items will be shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeline before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. Leather may appear flawless when flat, but imperfections can become more noticeable once shaped into a three-dimensional form. If significant flaws are found, the piece will be remade. As handmade items are time-consuming, please allow for patient waiting. 💁🏻 Before ordering, please send a photo of your key for verification. Even within the same car model, designs can differ based on the year or optional features. If an incorrect item is ordered due to a failure to verify with a photo, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you force your key into the case, causing deformation or damage. **1. Its light shade is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, and natural leather grain is more apparent. Specify Hot Stamping Content in the Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged, while Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be hot stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in uniformly heating each character with the hot stamping machine, issues like gold foil peeling may occur, especially with numerous or long characters, or when using all uppercase letters. These situations are unavoidable. Please consider your chosen text carefully. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers a single line of text only. It does not include stamping on the back or multiple lines. 3. This product is made to order. Production and shipping times vary depending on the size and quantity of items. Generally, items are shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends). 4. Leather possesses natural grain patterns and may show marks from the cow's life, such as scars or insect bites. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before ordering. 5. Product photos are taken in kind. However, color variations may occur due to computer screen settings and lighting. The actual product color is the standard. 6. Handmade items may have slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot achieve the flawless finish of factory-made products.
