Joint-stock company "First Moscow Watch Factory" was the leading Russian manufacturer of wrist watches. Being constructed in 1930, the factory was stable in it`s leading positions in USSR in the field of design and production of mechanical and quartz wrist watches.
After the Jury Gagarin`s flight into space on April 12, 1961, the name "Poljot" (what menas "Flight") became the trade mark of First Moscow Watch Factory production.
Description of movement: size of movement 22 mm, 23 ruby jewels, sweep seconds hand, 2.9 mm thick movement, steel lever escapement. Balance assembly shockproof. Oscillation period 0.4 sec. Average daily rate +/-30 sec. The watch runs for at least 36 hrs from one full winding of the spring.
Case, dial, hands: case of stainless steel, Au 20 plating. Organic glass. Milk and coffee color dial face, the hour scale has goldish hue markings & black figures, black dial inscriptions. Gold-filled hour, minute and seconds hands. Dial diameter 31 mm, case diameter 33 mm, 18 mm strap needed.

Correct watch using: to prolong the life of the watch it is necessary to wind up the watch every day at about the same time. You should rotate the watch button to the end but very gently (!!), until the process will go tight, so as not to twist it.
