[Mild taste with a refreshing aroma and rich, mellow sweetness]
Kaga Bocha is a popular type of roasted green tea produced in Sayama, Saitama.
It has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of freshly picked sprouts and a lingering fragrance.
This "Bo Hojicha" is made by roasting at high temperatures only the high-quality, soft stems from the first tea harvest.
By roasting only the stems without adding the leaves, we have created a more fragrant and refreshing flavor than regular roasted green tea.
The raw materials (sticks) we use are carefully selected from only high-grade tea leaves, and we roast them gently to ensure that you can enjoy the inherent flavor of the tea leaves.
*Because it is lightly roasted, the color is lighter than regular Hojicha.
It has a low caffeine content, so it is recommended for children and before bedtime.
It goes great with Japanese sweets, baked goods, and bitter Western sweets.
*Please choose from tea bags, tea leaves or powder.
