If you want to cancel the course for any reason after completing the payment, please contact us 7 days before the course for a refund. A handling fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund.
?If the course is canceled within 7 days, relevant handling fees and venue fees of 300/person will be charged.
?If students cancel 3 days before class or do not attend class on the same day, they cannot make up the class and the fee cannot be refunded.
【A Message from Haoriji workshop】
Haoriji workshop takes the following measures:
1. Your body temperature will be measured before entering. Only those who do not exceed 37 degrees and have completed hand washing are allowed to enter.
2. The registration office fills out a questionnaire to understand the physical condition and travel history to ensure that each visitor has no entry or exit records or physical discomfort within 14 days
3. Lecturers and fellow students are required to wear masks throughout the entire process. If not wearing one, they will not be allowed to enter.
4. Strengthen air-conditioning convection and open windows to ensure air circulation in the classroom
5. Seating arrangement is to ensure that people with peers sit at the same table to reduce the chance of strangers gathering together; arrange seats as far apart as possible
6. Use alcohol/hypochlorous acid water before and after activities to strengthen disinfection of frequent contact points such as door handles and tabletops.
