✔ To protect the rights of registered participants, accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the class.
(Children under 10 require an adult companion to assist with completing the project.)
✔ If you are unable to attend on the scheduled day, please contact us.
✔ Outside food and beverages are not permitted. (We offer delicious drinks and desserts for separate purchase.)
✔ Please remember to bring your reading glasses if you use them.
✔ Rescheduling is permitted only once, up to 4 days prior to the scheduled date (excluding the date itself). No refunds will be issued.
✔ If you are a no-show on the day, we will contact you via message. You will have 3 days (excluding the day itself) to reply to reschedule. If no reply is received, or if you choose to cancel, no refund will be issued.
✔ If you fail to appear for a rescheduled session, no further messages will be sent, and your right to attend the class will be forfeited.
