If you encounter any issues such as an incorrect item or a manufacturing defect caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with the return, exchange, or repair (for custom items) process. Please return the original item along with its packaging within 5 days of our contact. Failure to do so will be considered an automatic forfeiture of your return and exchange rights. Please ensure the item remains in its original, unused condition, and that all packaging, including the gift box, accessories, internal and external packaging, product cards, shipping invoices, and any accompanying documents or gifts, are returned intact. For all other repairs, the buyer will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. ★Before sending an item for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number. Repairs sent without a prior contact and number will not be processed. ★All items returned for repair must be placed in a sealed zip-lock bag and packaged securely with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that may occur during transit. ★Repair time typically ranges from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item and whether it needs to be sent back to the factory. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for certain natural stones where identical or similar replacements may not be available, and no alternative solution can be found, we may not be able to complete the repair.
