*After registration, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio and provide your name, registration date, and class session to request the color card for material preparation.
* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting. (For participants aged 10-15, one parent must accompany and assist throughout the session; no additional fee for the accompanying parent.)
* We are unable to provide individual explanations for latecomers in our weaving classes. "Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting other participants' learning experience. To safeguard the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late; rescheduling will be required.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio. Covered beverages are permitted, please be mindful of spills.
* Classes may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform our staff at the venue so we can avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using footage and images of you, your likeness, and your creations.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Booked courses are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government announces class suspensions or school closures in your area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Illness, traffic accidents (these can be discussed).

* If equipment malfunctions or behaves abnormally, cease operation immediately and inform staff. Do not attempt to fix it yourself. Any damage to equipment due to unauthorized operation or failure to follow instructions will be charged at full replacement cost.
