*To ensure teaching quality, the studio is accessible only to registered participants. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
(Children aged 10-14 require one parent to be present for the entire session and assist with the creation process; no additional fee for co-creation.)
*Latecomers will not receive individual explanations for missed content during the weaving class. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt other participants. To safeguard the rights of other students, entry will be denied for arrivals exceeding 10 minutes past the start time. Rescheduling will be necessary.
*No food or drinks are allowed in the studio, but covered beverages are permitted to prevent spills.
*Workshop sessions may be filmed for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and footage featuring your likeness and creations.
*The studio operates by appointment only. Booked courses are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer within two months:
1. Weather conditions: Government announces a suspension of work and classes in the local area.
2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
