*To ensure teaching quality, the classroom is for registered participants only. Admission opens 5 minutes before the start of the session; please do not arrive early to avoid long waits.
(For those aged 10-15, one parent must accompany and assist throughout the process; no additional fee for co-creation.)
*Weaving courses cannot provide catch-up instruction for latecomers. Please do not be late to avoid affecting other students' progress. To ensure the rights of other students, entry will not be permitted if you are more than 10 minutes late; please reschedule your session.
*Eating is prohibited in the classroom. You may bring beverages with lids to avoid spills.
*The course will be filmed and recorded for use as marketing material for the brand's website. If you do not wish to be on camera, please notify the staff on-site to be kept out of the shots. If no notification is given, it implies your consent for Dottie Studio to use images and videos featuring your likeness and work.
*The classroom operates on an appointment basis. Course bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled last-minute on the day of the class. In the following cases, you may reschedule or transfer your booking once, within a two-month period:
1. Weather factors, where government authorities announce office and school closures in the region.
2. Emergency situations, such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the course from taking place.
3. Tardiness.
4. Special circumstances: physical discomfort or traffic accidents can be discussed.
