Those who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to participate in the experience. ・Entrance will be open 15 minutes before the event. No refunds will be given for lateness or no-shows. ・If there is any delay or postponement, please inform the designer in advance via internal message or text message. ・Due to personal negligence during the process, the materials are made incorrectly or damaged, and new materials need to be purchased before production can continue. ・If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Tinco will proactively contact you to postpone or refund your class. ・The organizer will take side shots of the experience class as needed and upload them to the Facebook fan page or IG "Tinco" event page after the event. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. You can download your own photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event and we will pay attention and move you away.
