Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the common nickel-chromium alloy found in many commercially sold products, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus avoiding allergy issues. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it may be due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and it is not solely due to the ear post material. We recommend getting an allergy test done at a hospital for clarification, which can also protect the rights of both parties. Since we started making accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current acrylic technology cannot produce such intricate items. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them during activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after ordering? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays (No shipping due to market stall events) As we operate through market stalls and events, and postal services do not deliver on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
