1. After placing an order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section upon ordering.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. Due to material preparation, please book at least 3 days in advance after placing your order and completing payment.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
