This is a double-strand necklace, meticulously crafted with a harmonious blend of Aurora Czech beads, Karen silver, Gooseberry beads, and exquisite vintage beads from France and Italy. The multifaceted beads are vintage Czech glass, subtly shimmering with an aurora-like luminescence. This gentle glow catches the light on every facet, a soft, almost ethereal radiance distinct from the bolder shine of modern pieces, appearing almost clear at first glance. While these beads are in relatively good condition, minor signs of wear are present. (Dimensions of larger aurora beads: approx. 0.8cm height x 0.8cm width) The striped beads, known as "Gooseberry" beads, are antique Venetian glass from the 19th-20th century, named for their resemblance to currant berries. A subtly sepia-toned variety has been chosen for this piece. Small beads in opal glass and clear hues are vintage finds from France and Italy, offering a unique warmth and character only time can impart.
