Braised Lion's Head Pork Meatballs
Ingredients: Ground pork, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, scallions, water chestnuts, egg, tofu.
Instructions:
1. Place the ground pork in a large bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of water and all other ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Scoop about 1/3 cup of the meat mixture with your hands, shaping it into a ball. Carefully place the meatballs into the frying pan, ensuring there is enough space to turn them.
