Natural crystals may exhibit slight inclusions, chips, or cloudiness (most have been carefully selected to minimize these). Please remember to provide your wrist size in the remarks. Cord replacement is 100 TWD per strand (you can send it to us or request a video tutorial for DIY replacement). I've personally used mine for over two years without any issues 🥰 However, this depends on individual usage habits. If it breaks, it won't shatter because I use multiple strands for binding. All components have been tested for colorfastness, but this also depends on personal habits. If fading does occur, you can send it back for accessory and cord replacement, approximately under 200 TWD. If it comes into contact with water, remember to dry it thoroughly ✨. In summer, if you sweat, gently wipe it before storing it in a zip-lock bag. When not wearing, store it in a zip-lock bag to help extend the longevity of its color.
