【Brand Introduction】
This tea is cultivated in Huagang, a region nestled at the border of Nantou County and Taichung City's Ren'ai Township. Situated behind the West Peak of Hehuanshan, at an altitude of 2450 to 2700 meters, this tea garden is surrounded by towering ancient pines and perpetually veiled in mist. It is a meticulously crafted tea from Taiwan's highest tea plantation, offering a crisp aroma and a smooth, lingering taste that is truly exceptional. It is considered the finest of teas, a testament to Taiwan's superior quality.

【Brewing Instructions】
Hot Brew Method:
1. Warm the teapot with boiling water. Add tea leaves, filling approximately 1/4 to 1/5 of the teapot's capacity. Steep with water heated to 90°C-95°C for 25-40 seconds before serving.
2. A standard teapot is recommended.
3. The same tea leaves can be steeped over 10 times consecutively.
Cold Brew Method:
1. Use filtered water or mineral water. Add 3 grams of tea leaves per 600cc of water.
2. Ready to drink after approximately 30 minutes at room temperature.
3. Ready to drink after 4-8 hours of refrigeration.
