This is our most classic signature activity. There is no standard answer to cooking itself, there is no right or wrong, there is no distinction between teachers and students, it just depends on how everyone works together to create a dining experience.
✅"Co-cooking Canteen" is a social space for cooking, providing basic cooking guidance and atmosphere shaping. We mainly provide two major values:
1. Give friends who want to cook but don’t have the utensils or space a place to play.
2. Create an atmosphere and space for participants to cooperate and learn from each other, and learn each other’s cooking tips.
✅About selecting ingredients for co-cooking
1. Mainly use seasonal Taiwanese organic vegetables and ingredients. You will only know what ingredients are available that day.
2. The amount of dishes for each event will be prepared according to the actual number of registrants, so please be sure to register in advance~
