This is our signature event, where there are no right or wrong answers in cooking, and no distinctions between teacher and student. It’s all about how everyone collaborates to create a dining experience.
✅ "Co-Cooking Canteen" is a culinary social space that provides basic cooking guidance and fosters a welcoming atmosphere. We offer two main values:
1. A place for those who wish to cook but lack the necessary equipment or space.
2. An environment where participants can collaborate and learn from each other, discovering each other's unique cooking tips.
✅ About Ingredient Selection:
1. We prioritize seasonal, organic vegetables and ingredients sourced locally from Taiwan. The specific ingredients will be revealed on the day of the event.
2. The amount of food prepared will be based on the number of confirmed participants. Therefore, pre-registration is essential.
This isn't a cooking class, but beginner cooks are most welcome. Don't worry, you won't be cooking alone!

🔸 Location: Co-Cooking Living Lab, 7F, No. 337, Section 4, Xinyi Road, Daan District, Taipei City (Near MRT Xinyi Anhe Station, Exit 5)

1. Ingredients will be provided for everyone. This session is for omnivores.
2. If you have any dietary restrictions, please note them in the remarks section.
3. This session features a surprise menu; the menu will be decided collaboratively based on the available ingredients on the day.
4. The event will be conducted in groups, and each person will be responsible for at least one dish!

3. Masks must be worn at all times during cooking. Serving spoons and chopsticks will be provided for communal use during meals.

1. This is not a matchmaking event; all age groups are welcome.
2. Once registered, this event is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
4. Prior to the event, we will assist participants with alcohol disinfection and temperature checks. If your temperature exceeds 37.5°C, you will be asked to return home to rest.
4. Please wear a mask while cooking, and use communal serving chopsticks and spoons during meals.
