"Modern dance" is a dance derived from ballet, originally proposed by Isadora Duncan
There are no gorgeous costumes and rigid techniques in ballet. Although it is a harder to understand style than ballet, "improvisation" and "no deliberate choreography" are indispensable parts of modern dance.

【Experience class - Things to note】
◆ The Dancing Time Arts and Culture Space is equipped with water dispensers and lockers. Students are asked to bring their own sweat towels and water bottles.
◆ Please be sure to wear “fitting and elastic” tops and pants. Students with long hair should tie their hair up.
◆Ballet classes: If you do not have special ballet shoes, it is recommended to wear socks first, or purchase them at the classroom counter before class.
◆ Modern courses: No need to wear dancing shoes or socks.
◆ Yoga courses: The classroom is equipped with yoga mats, yoga bricks and other props. Students are also welcome to bring their own yoga mats or towels.
◆ Please be sure to turn off your mobile phone or set it to "vibrate" during class.
◆ If you have old injuries or physical discomfort, please be sure to inform the receptionist before class.
◆ Each person can only participate in one trial class (enjoy the trial discount price). The second time (including above) to come to Dance Time to take a class will return to the original price.
[Refund and change of reservation date]
◆ If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please notify the class 2 days before the start of class. The classroom can assist in adjusting the class date. Failure to do so will be deemed as giving up and no refund will be applied.
◆ Cancellation of trial courses must be applied 7 days before the course, and full refund is available;
If canceled 3 days in advance, a refund of 200 yuan will be issued (200 is administrative fee);
Cancellations made 1 day before or on the day cannot be refunded.
◆ If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Yizhiko Ballet will proactively contact you to postpone the event.
