Yan Ling Tie Guan Yin | Select Oolong Tea Pearls
This tea boasts a distinct and unique flavor profile, characterized by heavy fermentation and roasting, crafted through traditional tea-making processes. The lingering aftertaste that unfolds from its profound character is deep, salivating, and sweetly resonant. Beyond the toasted aroma, subtle notes of ripe, slightly acidic fruit emerge.
The liquor presents a clear, bright amber hue with a subtle brown undertone. It offers a delicate astringency that gives way to a smooth, moist sweetness. The taste is full-bodied and rich, with a satisfying depth that lingers. Our "Aged Tie Guan Yin" is exceptionally robust and brews multiple infusions, carrying a vintage "iron charm" reminiscent of an "old soul."
